Personal Coaching
Coaching is perfect for when the parenting books are not meeting your specific needs but you don’t think a therapist is really a good fit for the situation either. Parent Coaches have a lovely freedom that books and therapists do not have: they can offer concrete ideas, unique to your situation, to help co-create solutions and discover insights WITH you.

What can Parent Coaching help with?
"I found that working with Tracy really helped me explore my values, and how I could use those to make shifts that were helpful for myself and my family. I felt that Tracy listened well, and was able to help me find shifts that not only felt doable, but also worked for our particular situation.
I started to notice a difference in myself and my kids, and then it felt like confidence and creativity grew from there. In our time together, I also grew in self-compassion, and I often come back to our notes and reflections to ground myself."

We review my standard coaching agreement, and we sign it. This provides the foundation for our working relationship.
I give you an In-Take Form to fill out. This helps me to better understand your situation. After you complete it, we have our first coaching session, discussing your responses. I want to find out about your current concerns so I can effectively assist you.
We work together through the coaching process. The first one or two conversations will focus on discovering your strengths, those of your children, and the resources currently available to you. This will help us down the line considerably when we dig into your challenges.
-
This is covered in the agreement and either you or I can terminate the relationship at any time for any reason.
-
You simply complete a contact or registration form and I will take it from there. I’ll set up a time to have a conversation and see if we are a good fit.
